This was a fun cake to make. It was for my hubby's cousin Sharonda. She's having her very first baby.

Fall Piano Recital

I would like to say a special thanks to Ms. Teresa. She is Bud's piano teacher and she is wonderful. All the kids love her! She makes piano lessons fun. We love her!

My son Bud plays the piano. He had a fall piano recital. I always make a cake to go with the refreshments. Some how Teresa and I end up with the same decorations even though we don't plan it that way. This is the cake I did for the Fall Recital.

Happy Birthday Papa John!

Papa John is my Mom's hubby. He's always thoughtful when it comes to the grandkids birthdays and treats them all great even if they're not his own so.... I made him this hersheys kiss cake for his birthday. The chocolate buttercream icing was delicious.

This is over 300 mini-cupcakes. I made them for Kat's 16th birthday party. She is such a sweetie and she's my little brothers girl friend. There were three different flavors plus my homemade icing.

Happy Halloween!

This year I let Bud pick out his halloween cake. He wanted me to make a witches cauldron. All the kids in his class thought it was great. Especially the eyes, fingers and worms.

We were having dinner at my Mother in laws house so I threw this cake together at the last minute. The kids loved it!

I make each one of my children thier very own unique cake. This one was Daphy's cake.

Happy Birthday Mrs.Mecaj

Mrs.Mecaj is a teacher at my son's school. She requested I make a flower cake for her birthday. Unfortunately Bud had the chickenpox so I couldn't deliver it to her myself. Seeing their faces when I give them their cake is the best part!

Happy Birthday Maura!

I wrote the happy birthday in John Deere green.(lol) It made me think of that song. It was great when Maura's mom picked up the cake. She loved it! That's what makes doing the cakes worth while.

This was my second John Deere cake. I try to make them better the second time around. The barn looks much better.

I love making these John Deere cakes. Especially for a girl.

Chris

I completely forgot about this cake. It was made special for my little brother Chris. Kinda like his own personal mini-cake. The handsome guy is my brother. Yes ladies he is taken.

Dinner with the family!

I love my in laws. We have dinner with them regularly and I always bake a cake. This was the cake I baked last time we had dinner.

Lynda

Brice is my adopted brother in law. For his 15th birthday I made him a Jeff Gordon cake.

We just had a birthday party for my little brother Chris. It's his 18th birthday and he likes to surf so I made him this beach cake.

Family Day

We had "Family Day" this past weekend so I made this cake for dessert. The kids loved it because I put thier names on the sides of the cake.

Anniversary

I made this cake for my mom and her hubby. Their original wedding cake was the heart shaped cakes .(I did that one too.) Happy 4th anniversary Mom and John.

Teenagers

My little brother Chris wanted a cake for his and Kat's 6 month anniversary. He designed the cake and I made it for them.

Granny

Happy Birthday Granny! I put Moma on the top because it was for my mom to take to her Mom (my granny).

Wedding Bells

Thanks to Vanessa for letting me do her wedding cake. It was back in 2005 (I think) and was only my second wedding cake. Only my first time doing the flowers myself.

Grave Digger

This cake I made for my son Calvin's 10th birthday. His Dad came up with the Grave Digger idea and I made the cake. The Grave Digger and the bus are cake. Calvin loved it and his friends thought it was awesome. Of course everyone wanted a tire.

Lexi

This is another of Lexi's cakes. She even decorated this one herself. I'd say I'm a pretty good teacher. I only helped her a tiny bit.

Coconut

My niece Lexi loves to bake cakes. Every time she comes over I help her bake a cake. She can almost do the entire cake herself. This is a coconut cake we did last time she was over.

Oreo

I made this cake for a family dinner at my mother in law's house. I crumbled Oreo cookies and put them in the center and on the outside of the cake. If you like Oreo cookies it was divine.

Happy Birthday Landon!

Landon is my nephew and he loves John Deere. I made this cake for his 8th birthday. I was fairly easy to make and I used piping gel for the mud that the four wheeler is in.

Soapy & Gary

I was honored to make this cake. It was for my mother and father in laws 40th wedding anniversary. The icing was home made chocolate. My only mistake was using coffee to give the icing a mocha taste. The kids didn't really care for the coffee taste.

Maggie's Birthday

My niece Maggie loves Dora. For her birthday she wanted Dora cupcakes. As a surprise I made a little cake just for her.

Twins

This was a really fun cake to make. It was my first football cake and the first I have done for twins. Credit for designing the cake go's to Zach and Dylan's mom. (Shannon) This is actually two cakes put together. One is vanilla and one is chocolate.

Happy Birthday Kacey

The cake turned out a little on the small side so I made ten cupcakes to go with it. I did that amount because it was her tenth birthday.

Kacey

For Kacey's birthday she wanted a lady bug cake. The cake itself was simple to make. Coloring the icing was the hard part.

This was a birthday cake I did for Michael's cousin, Maegan. She is into Spider man. This was the first time I used piping gel (the mask). It turned out very well and I loved the glossy look.

Mother's day we had dinner at my mother in laws house and this is the cake I made. It was for all the moms. My self included.

Saturday was my husbands birthday. He wanted a FSU cake. I think he was challenging me. I'm not very artistic so this was not easy but I wanted him to have a great cake.

Easter

Last but not least this is the cake I made for our family get together. I love getting to see everyone but, I think they look forward to my cake more than me. (Just joking!!)

In 4th grade they do not have an Easter Party so, I decided to make this cake for Calvin's class. I know the kids are getting older but, I want them to celebrate the important things.

I try to make my children feel special when ever I get the chance. This Easter I made 3 cakes. This one was for Daphy's class.

Eric asked me to make his wife Marie a cake for their 20Th wedding anniversary. It's great to be a part of people's special days.

A flower for spring time. This is just one I made for dessert.

St. Patrick's Day

Here is a cake I made for my family on the day of green. To make the rainbow you just bake a small 4" round cake. Cut it in half and the carve out the middle. Then stand it up. It is very easy and the kids go wild.

Love

Chocolate chip cookies a delicious but, when you add butter cream icing they are divine. I baked this cookie for my hubby on Valentines Day. I truly have a GREAT husband.

Lucky Day

St. Patrick's Day is a fun day. I love the color green. This is a cake for Daphy's class . I did the stand up rainbow especially for the kids. Her teacher said the kids loved it.
